We have developed a process that, working with our clients, enables us to tackle two important challenges for any professional service firm: your clients’ level of satisfaction and your management team’s level of engagement.  

Clients are your number one priority. Our approach is to work with you to develop a tailored discussion guide allowing us to have a “Client Experience Conversation”. This will provide insight into how your clients feel about their experience with your service team. We find that clients are interested in giving feedback over the phone which helps deliver a better outcome when they engage your company in the future. This process becomes an adjunct to your marketing efforts via Kurkowski & Company as an independent third party. We have seen that this approach will lead to new business opportunities for your company. 

We believe an e-survey approach to measuring engagement is fine for 80-90% of your people. For your key employees, a more personal approach is needed and adds much more value. Working with you, we create a tailored discussion guide to use with your most valued team members. We undertake an “Employee Experience Conversation” with these employees. People appreciate the one-on-one conversation with an independent third party and this process gives management important insights into “engagement” in a way that is much more personal than an electronic survey.

We have undertaken projects to perform all aspects of financial due dilligence in connetion with possible PE investments in our clients' businesses. This has resulted in obtaining funding in connection with the raising of growth capital as well as founder transitions.
